I sit at the intersection of tech, people, and systems, helping orgs from 4 to 400 people scale and transform. I’ve built and grown teams, designed and operated production web services, and led GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance work. I’ve been running internationally-distributed teams since 2015, creating diverse and inclusive organisations spanning cultures and continents.
